Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all applications, quotes and agreements with OranjeLease (a trade name of Tatev Auto B.V.). The lease contract itself is additionally subject to the terms of the lease company concerned.

1. Applications and indications

Monthly amounts on the website are indicative and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. An application is without obligation and does not commit you to anything. An agreement is only concluded after written acceptance by the lease company and signing of the lease contract.

2. Role of OranjeLease

OranjeLease acts as intermediary between you and the lease company and delivers the vehicle. The financing is provided by the lease company; Tatev Auto B.V. is not a credit provider.

3. Vehicles and prices

Vehicles from stock are sold in their current condition, with the specifications stated on the website, subject to obvious errors and prior sale. Prices exclude VAT and delivery costs unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery and registration

Delivery takes place after acceptance and receipt of any down payment. The vehicle is registered in the name of your business (financial lease) or in the name of the lease company (operational lease).

5. Liability and applicable law

The liability of Tatev Auto B.V. is limited to the amount paid out by the insurer in the case concerned. These terms are governed by Dutch law; disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Midden-Nederland.
